By accessing and using the ELCODERS website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on ELCODERS website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modifying or copying the materials
- Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website
- Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials on any other server
- Violating the underlying computer code or security of the website

The materials on ELCODERS website are provided on an "as is" basis. ELCODERS makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
4. Limitations
In no event shall ELCODERS or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on ELCODERS website, even if ELCODERS or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
5. Accuracy of Materials
The materials appearing on ELCODERS website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. ELCODERS does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. ELCODERS may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

ELCODERS has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by ELCODERS of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

ELCODERS may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ELCODERS operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
9. Service Plans and Billing
9.1 Subscription Plans
ELCODERS offers three subscription plans: Scout ($49/day, 7-day rollover), Squad ($89/day, 14-day rollover), and CTO ($149/day, 30-day rollover). Each plan includes a specified number of hours per day for development work.
9.2 Daily Billing
Billing occurs daily at midnight UTC. Your card on file will be charged automatically each day you maintain an active subscription.
9.3 Hour Rollover
Unused hours roll over according to your plan: Scout (7 days), Squad (14 days), CTO (30 days). Hours older than the rollover period are forfeited.
9.4 Cancellation
You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing day.
9.5 First Week Discount
New subscribers receive a 40% discount for the first 7 days. If you cancel before day 8, you will not be charged beyond the discounted period.
10. Payment and Security
All payments are processed securely through Korapay. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. ELCODERS is not responsible for unauthorized access to your account.
By providing payment information, you authorize ELCODERS to charge your account for the selected plan. You agree that you are responsible for all charges incurred.
11. Services and Content
11.1 Scope of Services
ELCODERS provides development services including Web Apps, Mobile Apps, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Full Stack Development, Azure Solutions, and Blockchain Development. The specific deliverables will be determined during initial consultation.
11.2 Work Requirements
You are responsible for providing clear requirements, feedback, and repository access. Work begins only after repository access is granted and initial requirements are established.
11.3 Code Ownership
All code developed through ELCODERS services belongs to you. ELCODERS retains no ownership of the work product.
12. User Conduct
You agree not to use ELCODERS services for:
- Any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Harassing or abusing others
- Distributing malware or unauthorized software
- Interfering with service operations
- Any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations
13. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ELCODERS, EL VERSE TECHNOLOGIES, or their officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ELCODERS regarding your use of the website and services.
